It is known that there are two parts to each being. The body and the spirit. Most beings draw forth their powers from their body. Even so, their spirit always remains there. And, for those who can see one’s spirit, they can see that a person’s spirit will tend to vary in color from many others.

Many wizards rely on their spiritual power and spiritual control in order to use magic. Even while a strong spiritual power is great for a wizard, the ability to control is much more important.

However, it does not seem that the spirit is there as a source of power. Nor does it even seem like the spirit the source of one’s life. More so, it seems as though it is linking the body to something else. Some suggest that the spirit is the median between the body and the third part of one’s being... the soul. What is the soul is hard to say. For no one can really see the soul, making it’s existence hard to fathom.

The World:

In the world of the Obarryl plane, those who hold the most authority and respect are the elders. Wise beyond their years and generally spiritually endowed, the elders hold more power over the people than do kings or emporers. It is considered much more respectful to refer to an elder as, simply put, 'elder', as it is also similar to referring to a king as 'your highness'.

One such example an elder's standing is Nawrath's Council of Uyunfert. There lies the kingdom's wisest officials. A council of thirteen, all of them are elders from the region. Of them, the patriarch of the Uyunfert church is possibly the most spiritually profound being alive today. The council he leads, where the king is of the lowest order, is one of the most respected councils of all the Obarryl plane.

Gameplay:

There are three different sizes of armor. Small (S), Medium (M), and Large (L). Small characters are generally shorter than normal characters. Medium sized characters are of average stature. Tall characters tend to be taller or wider than normal members. Try to keep a good idea of what armor fits for each given character.

You earn most of your money on this game by selling items. You start of with three pieces of bear jerky. You don't eat these for health. You sell them. This goes with most items you find from monsters. They're main use is for pawning.

For those of you have not played the demos, please gain at least one level at the beginning map with the main hero, Ren. And, the first chance you get, stock up on as many potions as possible.

Lastly, when you first arrive at Dundare, please stock up on at least 25 potions. You're going to need them.

Aside from that, have fun with the rest of the game.
